Tips for your eyes!

  •  Keep pencil eyeliner from smudging by going over the line with matching powder eyeshadow.
  • Another way to line your eyes: Use your favorite deep- toned eyeshadow, wet or dry, with an eyeliner  brush.
  • Use a white pencil to line the inner edge of the eye to make whites and eyes look, brighter and bigger; and to hide any redness.
  •  Keep a magnifying mirror nearby to check your work.
  •  Shadow won’t stay? Powder lids before you apply your colors.
  • Apply an Eye Base first if color settles into crepey areas or lines.
  • Less is more! It’s easier to build color up layer by layer than to erase too much.
  • Clean up slips and smudges as you work with q-tips moistened in eye makeup remover.

Meet Alison, she is an aspiring model and came to me for her big photo shoot. Considering her photo shoot was outside, we went for a natural look today.
